To animate Jesuits to be creative and dynamic in the spirit of MAGIS.
To form Jesuits to be men for others and with others in establishing God's Kingdom.
To teach Jesuits to be contemplative in action and to train Jesuits to be intellectually competent, emotionally mature and balanced.
